Genuine Supportive Services

Aging with fulfillment and enriching lives with opportunities is one of our core beliefs. Many of our residents need assistance in accessing certain services and our professional service coordinators are experts in life transitions and aging. Dedicated to enriching lives and empowering those living in our communities to continue to live vital, active lives, your service coordinator can be a personal guide to resources such as transportation, education, civic engagement, or social opportunities. Should you have questions or need assistance, the service coordinator can be an advocate on your behalf with governmental programs and community businesses.

Information and Educational programs which match the interest and needs of your community include:

  • Energy assistance programs
  • Telephone discounts
  • Assistance programs through Medicare and Medicaid
  • Prescription drug discounts

Our wellness programs which promote preventive care and healthy living include:

  • Exercise
  • Nutrition
  • Falling Prevention

In some properties, education and wellness programs which include the fine arts may be offered. Programming in the arts allows the opportunity for our residents to explore and share their artistic talents and skills.

If additional supportive services should become necessary, your service coordinator is available to assist you and your family in identifying and acquiring services to empower you to continue to live in your own home. Some examples are:

  • Transportation
  • Home delivered meals
  • Home health care
  • Housekeeping
  • Legal services
